Kincaid/Kinkade
(My maternal grandmother was a Kinkade)
I have scanned the Hulme Kinkade Letter and list dated 1962
I could not find this on the web and felt some might find it useful.
The files are in rich test format .rtf which works in Wordpad but I
edited it in MS Word
While I have proofed this several times there are no doubt
a few scanner errors left.
Let me know and I will verify and correct.
